Copal Azur by Aedes de Venustas is a Oriental fragrance for women and men. Copal Azur was launched in 2014. The nose behind this fragrance is Bertrand Duchaufour. Top notes are Incense, Salt and Ozonic notes; middle notes are Incense, Cardamom and Patchouli; base notes are Incense, Myrhh, Amber and Tonka Bean. The inspiration behind this fragrance is the Mediterranean. Considering that copal resin cannot be found in fragrance, it is interpreted with three different incense extracts which are "inserted" in the composition and united with other accords. The fragrance opens with fresh and aromatic scents of ozone and salty notes combined with incense. The heart adds accentuated spicy flavors of cardamom and earthy patchouli mixed with incense, while the base is warmed with hot resins of myrrh, amber, tonka and incense. Perfume Copal Azur arrives in flacons shaped like the previous editions of this house, as 100 ml Eau de Parfum, as well as a travel set available in 3 x 10 ml small flacons.
