Top notes are Cassis and Mandarin Orange; middle notes are Boronia, Coconut, Italian Iris, Ylang-Ylang and Jasmine Sambac; base notes are Australian Sandalwood, Musk, Amber and Vetiver. Goldfield & Banks Australia observes and interprets this heavenly moment using French perfumery techniques to elaborate and refine this scent into a uniquely Australian, multifaceted Spring-Bouquet. Brown Boronia is the only Boronia species that an absolute has been collected from. The absolute is distinctive and one of the most expensive perfume materials in the world. The rare flowering plant, native to Australia, blooms only for a few short weeks in springtime – usually late September. Only the Brown Boronia is farmed and the absolute extracted in one remote location in the world – Tasmania, the most southern island state of Australia. A unique and high-priced extraction method (USD 10K per kilo) has been developed to obtain the absolute essence. Southern Bloom has an immediate luxurious, pure and enchanting floral-woods fragrance with a smooth, creamy texture and glimpses of exquisite green notes. Opulent, sophisticated and luxurious.
