Cargo de Nuit by Prada is a Woody fragrance for women and men. Cargo de Nuit was launched in 2015. The nose behind this fragrance is Daniela Andrier. The fragrance features Coumarin, Ambrette (Musk Mallow), Iso E Super, Cedar, Hedione, Orris, Sandalwood and Freesia. Prada is launching a new, exclusive collection of fragrances called Prada Olfactories, which contains ten editions: Purple Rain, Nue au Soleil, Tainted Love, Un Chant d'Amour, Cargo de Nuit, Heat Wave, Day for Night, Double Dare, Pink Flamingos, and Marienbad. The creations are signed by perfumer Daniela (Roche) Andrier who said that that the scents are all intended to be “potent concoctions of the unexpected, provoking the cinematic experience of a partially remembered dream…It’s a strong vision that is far from cliché. They’re very different from what you’ll find on the market. They’re not done by studying the trends of the market and creating a bestseller; they are done out of the spirit of Prada.” Each bottle comes with a silk purse made of Prada materials. Cargo de Nuit is “the scent of a twilight passage on the high seas,” which contains notes of ambrette and cedar. Available as 100 ml Eau de Parfum for $300.
